This invoice is subject to Seller’s standard “Terms and Conditions” of sale available at www.pureforge.com. By placing an order for purchase of the goods described herein, Buyer agrees to be bound by such Terms and Conditions, which are hereby incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein. Buyer acknowledges that it has had the opportunity to review the Terms and Conditions prior to placing its purchase order. In the event of any conflict between the Terms and Conditions and any purchase order or other document, the Terms and Conditions shall control.
