Warranty Overview

PureForge Brakes warrants its Atomic-Forged® brake rotors against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 years or 100,000 miles, whichever occurs first.

This warranty also guarantees rotor performance and longevity under normal and recommended operating conditions. If the product is found to be defective in materials or workmanship, PureForge will replace the defective product with another PureForge rotor of the same or similar type, or, at PureForge’s sole discretion, will refund the purchase price.

1. Eligibility & Usage

This limited warranty applies to:

  • All warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser.
  • Warranty registration is required within 30 days of purchase. Email info@pureforge.com to register.
  • Warranty claims require proof of purchase and evidence of qualified installation.
  • Vehicles must operate under normal driving conditions or within their intended design purpose
  • Braking systems must be original designs and parts – no aftermarket modifications.
  • Fleet, municipal, and public safety vehicles, including law enforcement and first responders
  • This limited warranty is subject to applicable local laws. No other warranties, express or implied, apply unless required by statute.
  • Prior to installation, please review all safety and usage instructions.

This warranty does not extend to off-road, racing, or unauthorized modified vehicle applications unless otherwise specified.

For warranty eligibility, installation and servicing of all brake components must be performed by a qualified, ASE-certified technician.

Please read the following carefully. It is also important to read the safety instructions before proceeding with installation or use of this product. If this product is installed in a vehicle by a supplier or anyone other than the end-purchaser, this document must be provided to the end-purchaser.

2. Rotor Longevity Coverage

Rotor longevity is defined by the wear threshold of the Atomic-Forged surface treatment, including:

  • Complete loss of Atomic-Forged® surface effect
  • Rotor wear below minimum safe thickness prior to the warranty term expiring

All Atomic-Forged Rotors must be used with PureForge Pads. If you use any other aftermarket or replacement pad the PureForge warranty is void.

3. Warranty Coverage Details

Rotor Coverage:

  • 100,000 miles / 3 years (whichever comes first)
  • Material defects or workmanship failures
  • Structural cracking or separation
  • Excessive or abnormal brake rub track wear (e.g., glazing, pitting, or corrosion) due to metallurgical defect

Pad Coverage:

  • Manufacturing defects or material failure under normal use

4. Fleet-Specific Warranty Terms:

Must follow installation, break-in, and registration guidelines:

Installation:

  • Must follow OEM recommended repair and replacement procedures
  • The installation must be performed by ASE-certified and trained mechanic

5. Eligible Vehicle Classes

  • First Responder / Law Enforcement
  • Last-Mile Delivery Fleets
  • Service Industries – Utilities, Inspection, Construction, etc.

6. What's Not Covered

PureForge Brakes shall not be liable for any losses or damages caused by any alteration or modification of the product after purchase.  Any such modification or alteration of the product, other than proper installation in accordance with the manufacturer’s instruction, shall void this limited warranty.  

This warranty does not cover any loss or damage caused by, in whole or in part: misuse, alteration, modification, accident, abuse, neglect, normal wear, improper installation of the product, installation and/or maintenance of the product contrary to the directions of the manufacturer provided in the instructions for installation.

Lack of maintenance, improper use of the product for purposes other than those set forth in the instructions; accidents between vehicles, fire, chemical corrosion, improper use of a vehicle, illicit use, use of the product on a vehicle model different from those intended.

This warranty excludes coverage for any defects or complaint arising from or connected with personal comfort, noise, vibrations or harsh riding characteristics.

No Coverage for:

  • The use of NON-PUREFORGE pads for the service life of the rotors
  • All Atomic-Forged Rotors must be used with PureForge Pads.
  • If you use any other aftermarket or replacement pad the PureForge warranty is void.

  • Improper installation, torque specifications, lubrication, etc.
  • No labor costs, no vehicle down time, no loss of revenue
  • Racing or off-road use
  • Damage from caliper failure or unaddressed system faults (brake lines, ABS system failures, etc.)
  • Metal-on-metal wear from Pads or Backing Plates
  • Cosmetic rust or noise not affecting performance
  • Warranty claims without valid proof of registration

7. Registration Requirements

Warranty activation requires registration within 30 days of installation.

Warranty Registration includes:

  • Company and responsible individual customer name
  • VIN number
  • Vehicle mileage at install
  • Installation date
  • Copy of purchase receipt uploaded to the Customer Registration portal 
  • Rotor serial number & pad batch code
  • Technician or installer work order and or certification number

8. Warranty Claim Process

To file a claim:

  • Submit claim online via the warranty portal, please email your sales contact, email info@pureforge.com, or call (248) 481-7096 – we are here to help!
  • All Parts (rotors and pads) must be returned during claim process for evaluation.
  • The customer pays for the return of the worn parts. These return shipping costs for the worn parts will be refunded should the claim be approved.

Include:

  • Date wear was 1st detected 
  • Photos of damaged/failed parts
  • Vehicle VIN and current mileage
  • Maintenance/installation record
  • Notes from the drivers / officers / operators 

PureForge will immediately ship replacement parts immediately during the claim process and pending review. We will get your vehicle back on the road as soon as possible.

Shipping costs for replacement parts is covered should the warranty claim be approved. PureForge Brakes reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to provide a monetary refund instead of a product replacement. No labor or downtime costs are included.

9. Legal Limitations

Warranty is non-transferable

Applies only to properly registered products installed on approved vehicle applications

All claims subject to PureForge’s inspection and approval.

No other warranties (express or implied) apply, except where required by law.

Some states may not allow exclusions of incidental or consequential damages.
