1. Longevity

Atomic-Forged technology is a multi-layer treatment that penetrates the cast iron rotor surface, leading to one of the significant features of the PureForge® technology– longevity. PureForge’s proprietary Atomic-Forged rotor treatment and the PureForge formulated brake pads can extend rotor life up to 10x and pad life up to 6x. PureForge® can provide significant TCO benefits to Fleet owners through our patented technology. This technology is sold as a complete axle kit. No need to change or turn the brake rotors in the future, just replace the PureForge formulated brake pads with our replacement pads.

2. Brake Dust

The industrialized world faces regulations to reduce all vehicles emissions footprint. Exhaust emissions, tire dust, brake rotor and pad dust, and the list goes on and on. A significant reduction in brake rotor and dust has been proven with Atomic-Forged brakes. We know this technology advantage can be measured, is ESG compliant, and can reduce CO2 emissions—also, PureForge® Brakes indicates that it will meet EU7 brake dust regulations for the European Union.

3. Rust Resistance

Corrosion and rust have been a long-time issue on brakes, particularly in Northern and Coastal climates. PureForge’s proprietary treatment, when coupled with our formulated brake pads, prove to reduce rub track corrosion and rust subjected to a proper break-in, and continued use is resistant to heavy corrosion on the wear surface.

4. Light Weighting

Eliminating weight on a vehicle has desirable effects on cost, performance, and fuel economy. PureForge’s proprietary technology does result in reduced rotor wear, potentially allowing a reduction in rotor weight and dimension. Controlling the brake wear surface also allows the potential to re-engineer the complete brake rotor further to optimize weight reduction and performance. Thereby increasing overall fuel mileage. OEMs and Racers will spend huge amounts of money to save grams of weight, we have proven that Atomic-Forged technology can save oz and lbs of un-sprung rotational mass.

5. Branding

PureForge® Exclusive. To our knowledge, no one else can achieve a lasting version of this product attribute. Since the wear surface is controlled, we believe the ability to add logo identifiers to the brake wear surface and the logo will not diminish and will last the rotor’s life is possible. Testing and development on this exciting branding opportunity are beginning in mid-2023.
