PMD Automotive Engineering Services Group is a subsidiary of PureForge® Brakes. It delivers vertical integration and provides expertise and engineering services. These services respond to our customer’s need for design, development, prototyping, fabricating, testing, program management, and necessary machine capabilities for new product development.

PureForge® has the full complement of in-house capabilities to be an integrated design and development partner/supplier to our customers.

PureForge® technology is a pioneer in Physical Vapor Deposition (“PVD”). PureForge® owns the patents on Atomic-Forged® technology. This technology addresses many standard automotive industry issues, mainly brake wear, with the trademark Brakes for Life.

Chief Technology Officer Nathan K. Meckel leads the technology discoveries/innovations and patent portfolio. He has founded three prior technology-focused companies before forming Tech M3, Inc. in early 2006. Meckel founded Tech M3, Inc. and has been responsible for developing the tribological technology behind the products now being offered commercially by PureForge®.
