GRANT HANSON
CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER
Thirty years building revenue at companies that created their categories through disruptive innovation, just as PureForge is doing in braking.
Grant has spent three decades turning early-stage and founder-led companies into real revenue, and has led major accounts and sales organizations inside large public companies. He's not an advisor on the sidelines. He's carried a bag, and he's built the teams that carry it.
He helped grow Jawbone into a multi-billion-dollar company, creating the Bluetooth audio and fitness wearable categories before either existed. He took yurbuds to the top of the fitness-audio market and through its acquisition by Harman International. Earlier, he managed Motorola's largest customers as it came to dominate early wireless. He has built global sales teams and distribution in nearly 60 countries, in categories ranging from robotics and premium audio to wireless power and SaaS.
He's also led with AI. Through his own consulting company, Grant developed proprietary tools and processes that help organizations move from legacy sales teams to human-centric revenue-architecture teams. These teams multiply each person's productivity and free up more time for selling and relationships.
PureForge recruited Grant to lead Sales and Marketing and make an immediate impact. He has already put his process in place here, and early results are showing at every level.
