WHAT WE CLAIM SHOULDN'T BE POSSIBLE

Everything we claim sounds impossible for a brake rotor. A rotor that essentially doesn't wear.That lasts the life of the vehicle.

We understand the skepticism. It's only possible because of a genuine leap in materials science — a proprietary Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) process, unique to PureForge, that transforms the rotor's own surface into a heat-stable chromium (Cr⁺) lattice. It's tougher, not harder, molecularly integrated into the metal, and it's protected by 47+ issued patents built around it.

PureForge® Technology

  • Surface transformation, not a coating.  We build an integrated material lattice within the first 4um of the rotors surface - no separate layer to chip or delaminate.
  • Tougher, not harder.  The lattice makes the surface extremely tough, so it is resistant to abrasion while allowing it to expand and contract with heat at the same rate as the base cast iron rotor.
  • A stable ... this one is ok as-is
  • Remove Thermal-barrier effect bullet entirely
  • The rotor captures the pad material in the transfer film during use, resulting in very low dust on the wheels or in the environment.
